Day 5 Puelo AdventureMorning pickup in Puerto Varas, followed by a journey along the Carretera Austral to Lake Tagua Tagua. We'll embark on a boat trip from Puerto Canelo in the northern part of the lake to Punta Maldonado in the south, passing the magnificent Tagua Tagua waterfall. Once in Maldonado, we'll return by barge to Canelo where our transfer will pick us up and take us to Casa Patronal. After settling in, we'll explore the village. In the evening, we'll enjoy dinner at the Rock and Puelo trattoria, owned by chef Ricardo de la Piedra. Day 6 Reloncaví estuary & termas del solWe'll start the day early with a hearty breakfast before heading out on a kayak expedition down the Puelo River. Accompanied by expert guides, we'll paddle approximately 11 kilometers along the Puelo, its estuary, and part of the Reloncaví Estuary, Patagonia's first fjord. Once back on land, we'll return to Casa Patronal to change clothes and then head to Termas del Sol for an afternoon of relaxation and dinner. We'll spend our last night at Casa Patronal. Afterward, we'll continue to Cochamó for a brief stop on the waterfront and have lunch in Ensenada. We'll then conclude our adventure with a drop-off in Puerto Montt. In case of traveling with a vehicle, they will give you the necessary information to guide you through the process. Navigation will begin in the Reloncavi Sound, Gulf of Ancud, and at sunset, the ferry will enter the Apiao Channel into the Corcovado Gulf. Transit in the channels will occur only if the sea, itinerary, and weather conditions allow it, always at the Captain's discretion.
